PGS, founded in 2004, is the first company on the Polish market focused on designing and running development programs based on management games and business simulations. We guarantee that 100% of our services is based on a method the effectiveness of which has been scientifically proven. Our designers and consultants acquire knowledge and experience in prestigious gaming centers: in the Netherlands, India, USA and Switzerland.

We work for business organizations, public administration and the non-profit sector.

W cooperate closely with experts from Poland, Western Europe and the USA.

The innovative method is inspiring. We managed to build a team of few dozen of associates of different backgrounds: academics, experienced business practitioners, professional game designers. What links this network is the passion for games and simulations and the appreciation of their learning effectiveness.

Thanks to the membership in several professional organizations (International Simulation and Gaming Association; North-American Simulation and Gaming Association) we have access to the newest and most effective tools that help our clients to overcome contemporary management challenges.

We benefit from scientific achievements, wanting to contribute to them ourselves. We cooperate closely with the Kozminski University (one of the best private management schools in Poland) and with the Sociology Institute of the Warsaw University. Our business simulations enhance development programs for the students, we work on educational solutions for Polish schools.

Constantly developed portfolio

Our expertise in business simulations design help us to further develop our portfolio. We improve and adjust existing games and we also design new products that address new challenges.

During the last 5 years we have run dozens of simulations in Poland as well as abroad for different enterprises and institutions.

Our games are used to support change, integration and team-building processes, they help in improving communication and coordination, they inspire innovations. When used in training programs, they significantly enhance process of acquiring new skills and competences. They are cost and time effective.
